Jalesa Sehi Jamia:
The “Jalasa Sehi Jamea” (JSJ) program is an innovative community outreach education and participation meeting designed around the specific health topics in line with the cultural and religious characteristics of Afghans. It utilizes an outreach institutional network within the country to promote and deliver public health information, products, and services in rural and underserved areas. The scope of work of the “JSJ” includes the provision of health information and guidance on Birth Spacing, Safe Water Systems, anemia prevention, and Diarrhea Prevention/management topics as well as providing quality affordable product solutions to both women and men of reproductive age (15-49) within a community.
